Standard Alliance To Hold First AGM In Four Years

BY NKECHI NAECHE ESEZOBOR—Standard Alliance Insurance Plc will hold its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), the first in the last four year.

This is contained in notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchnage (NSE) that at the AGM they will receive the audited financial statements for year ended 31 December 2017 and 2018.

The meeting will also feature the re-election of Mr Johnson Chukwu as director and ratify appointment of directors
