Access Bank Post-Tax Profit Rose +15.7% In Q3 2020

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR-Access Bank Plc has reported an impressive result for third quarter 2020 with a growth of 15.7 percent in its post-tax profit for the period ended September 30, 2020.

Access Bank said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock exchange (NSE) that its post-tax profit grew to N10.2.30 billion from N88.43 billion reported same period of 2019.

The banks gorss earnings was not left out as it rose from N513.70 billion in 2019 to to N592.80 billion in the period under review, representing a growth of 15.4percent.

Pretax profit of the bank appreciated from N100.80 billion posted in 2019 to N116.62 billion at the end of Q3, 2020; indicating a growth of 15.7 percent.
