Breaking: 3-Storey Building Collapsed In Oyingbo

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–A three-storey building has collapsed yesterday at 38, Ibadan Street, off Herbert Macaulay way, Oyingbo with about 20 people reportedly trapped.

The Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC) disclosed this in a statement, that it received a distress call at about 2145hrs yesterday about the collapsed building.


According to statement released by Route Commander Olabisi Sonusi ANIPR FRSC Public Education Officer, efforts is on by all responders including FRSC, Nigeria Police, LASEMA, Lagos State Fire Service to rescue the trapped victims under the debries.


Sympatherizers and onlookers are hereby implore to cooperate with the emergency rescue teams in carrying out their duties unhindered.
