BY NKECHI NAECHE- ESEZOBOR—Nigeria’s lead underwriter, Universal Insurance Plc has announce the resignation of its Executive Director Technical, Mr. Paulinus Oluchukwu Offorzor and retirement of Chief Financial Officer, Mr Samuel Ugochukwu Ndubuisi, from active service.
This is contained in a notice to Nigerian Exchange group to dealing members that Mr Offorzor, who was elevated to the position of Executive Director Technical in 2018 and had since exhibited a high level of professionalism, diligence, and expertise in the discharge of his duties.
The notice added that the board is grateful to Mr offorzor for all his efforts and the services he rendered while in the service of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
While Mr Ndubuisi joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in 2012, and had since exhibited a high level of competence, integrity and accountability ni the discharge of his duties.
