Leadway Health, a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO), is proud to announce a significant collaboration with Dominion Healing Wings, a renowned Not-for-Profit organisation, to organise a transformative two-week free surgical outreach, set to commence on January 31st, 2024, and conclude on February 10th, 2024.

This remarkable initiative aims to bring hope and healing to 200 individuals facing kidney conditions by offering specialised vascular surgical procedures at no cost to the individuals. The 2-week-long outreach will include tunnelled dialysis catheter placement, arteriovenous fistula creation, and arteriovenous graft placement.

Speaking on the groundbreaking intervention, Chief Executive Officer of Leadway Health, Dr Tokunbo Alli, stated, “At Leadway Health, we believe in the transformative power of compassion and collaboration. Hence, the birth of this strategic partnership to provide superior vascular procedures for about 200 individuals faced with kidney disease. This two-week-long free surgical outreach underscores our unwavering commitment to addressing the critical healthcare needs of our community and ensuring that healthcare benefits are not financially burdensome.”

Patients are expected to visit the outreach clinic in Lagos from 9:00 am daily for the duration of the surgical outreach.
