BY NKECHI NAECHE- ESEZOBOR–The board of directors of Royal Exchange Plc has announced the appointment of Ms Idu C. Okwuosa-Okeahialam, as the Managing Director/CEO of the Company effective Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
According to notice to the Nigerian Exchange Group, ( NGX), the company assured its shareholders and the investing public that its confident that Ms Okwuosa-Okeahialam has the requisite skills and experience to make a meaningful contribution to the Board of the Company and to support the Company’s continued growth and success.
The company further confirms that the appointee has successfully undergone the necessary process prior to her appointment.
Okwuosa-Okeahialam is a finance professional with over 15 years’ core experience spanning across various industries including oil & gas; banking; and financial services.
She is experienced in Funds Management, Compliance and Risk Administration, Sales,
Client Relationship Management and Customer Experience. She is expected to provide strategic leadership while exploring new opportunities for the business.
