BBNaija Star, Ka3na Speaks On Emotional And Physical Toll Of Single Motherhood

Following the loss of her husband, Former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 5 housemate, Ka3na Jones, has opened up about opens up about struggles of single parenting, reports Business Today.

In a heartfelt message shared on her official Instagram page on Wednesday,6 August, 2025 the reality TV star and entrepreneur poured out her struggles and grief, revealing how deeply the loss of her partner has impacted her life.
In the emotional post, Ka3na lamented the uncertainty of life and the pain of raising a child alone after the untimely death of her husband, whom she referred to as “Mr. Jones.”
“Nobody ever tells you, ‘Hey Katie, this amazing man you’re about to marry only has five more years to live, make every second count.’ Or, ‘Don’t rush into having kids. He’s going to die and leave you a widow and a single mother in your prime,’” she wrote.
“Would I have done anything differently if I knew? Honestly, no. Because I can’t imagine my world right now without my baby girl,” she shared.
However, she also admitted to feeling overwhelmed, tired, and emotionally drained from carrying the burden alone.
“Do I wish someone would just look at me and say, ‘Katie, take a break… I got this’? Absolutely!!! I. Am. Tired.”
