President Bola Tinubu has expressed confidence that the introduction of state and community policing will help address emerging security threats across the country, as part of ongoing efforts to reform Nigeria’s security architecture. The president gave the assurance while receiving a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, where he reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to security sector reforms and restoring public confidence nationwide.
