NAICOM Confirms Veritas Kapital’s Full Compliance with NIIRA 2025 Capital Requirements

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR—The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), has confirmed Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc full compliance with the minimum capital thresholds mandated under the Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA) 2025.

The confirmation follows the successful completion of the insurance industry’s recapitalisation exercise and represents a significant milestone strengthening its  long-term growth journey.

The achievement, according to the company reflects the confidence and continued support of the Company’s shareholders and investors, as well as the strategic direction provided by the Board and the commitment of Management and employees towards building a stronger, more resilient and future-ready insurance institution.
