Ahmed Gulak Shot Dead In Imo State

Late Ahmed Gulak

Ahmed Gulak, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been reported killed by gunmen in Imo state.

The former aide of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan was shot dead by gunmen while returning to Abuja from Owerri, Imo state capital.

The APC national working committee (NWC) eventually cancelled the exercise after Nwosu was announced the winner.

Gulak was shot dead by gunmen in Owerri, the Imo capital. The time frame of his death is between Saturday night and the wee hours of Sunday.

The former chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2018.

In the same year, the Adamawa-born politician chaired the APC governorship primary committee in Imo.
