Aiyedatiwa Appoints Bayo Philip As New Head of Service

Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has appointed Mr Bayo Philip as acting Head of Service of the state.

This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Akure by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the governor,  Mr Ebenezer Adeniyan.

Adesiyan said the appointment of Phillip as the 16th HoS is with immediate effect.

He said the governor approved the retirement of the outgone Head of Service, Mr Kayode Ogundele, with immediate effect.

The CPS said the governor appreciated Ogundele for his service to the state and wished him the best in his future endeavours.

Ogundele was sworn-in as the 15th Head of Service of the state on Aug.4, 2022 by late Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
