The ongoing marriage crisis between Senator Ned Nwoko and his Nollywood Wife, Regina Daniels has continued to received sticks from prominent Nigerians, the latest person to have joined the fray is no less than famous comedian, Bright Okpocha, popularly addressed as Basketmouth.
The ace comedian, in a video shared on social media, expressed disappointment over how couples now turn personal issues into public spectacles, warning that such actions could haunt their children in the future.
“Couples having issues is not a new thing. I once had issues in my marriage, but we didn’t bring it online
“All these things you people are posting online, people will use them against your kids in the future,” Basketmouth said.
Basketmouth’s comment comes amid a heated online drama between Nwoko and Regina’s family, following a series of disturbing allegations shared by the senator over the weekend.
Recall that in a lengthy statement posted on his verified page, Nwoko accused Regina’s siblings and friends of sabotaging her rehabilitation process and frustrating medical efforts to help her recover from alleged substance use.
According to the lawmaker, Regina’s brother, Sammy West, and some of her close friends — including Destiny and Sonia Uche Montana — “kept sneaking in drugs” while she was undergoing treatment, despite warnings from doctors.
