CICA-Re has promoted Joseph Luc Foading has its new Regional Director for Central Africa of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets effective from 2 January 2025.
He takes over from Barthélémy Zoua, who retired on 31 December 2024. The appointment took effect on 2 January 2025.
Prior to his appointment he was the Life manager at CICA-Re, a place he has worked for over 24 years.
