Consolidated Hallmark, NEM, Prestige Assurance Set For Board Meetings To Consider Q3 2020 Results

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR-–Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, NEM Insurance Plc and Prestige Assurance Plc have joined others to fix dates for their board meetings to consider the financial statement for the third quarter (Q3) 2020 results.

Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc said its board of directors’ meeting will hold on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 1:00 pm online for consideration and adoption of management report, board committees’ reports and unaudited financial statement for the period ended 30th September 2020.

The Closed Period will be from today, 13th October, 2020 until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2020 Q3 Unaudited Financial Statements for the Period ended 30th September is released to the public.

While NEM Insurance said the meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to hold on Thursday October 29, 2020 to consider amongst other things, the Unaudited Accounts and Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2020.

A closed period commencing from October 14, 2020 until 24 hours after the Unaudited Accounts and Financial Statements have been filed with The Exchange.

Also, Prestige Assurance disclosed that its 91st board meeting will hold on 30th October virtually for consideration of financial statement for the period ended 30th September 2020 and recapitalization of the company.

The closed period of the company is to start from 14th October.
