This is contained in a notice to the Exchange, that her exit aligns with the nine-year maximum tenure limit for Independent Non-Executive Directors, as stipulated in Section 2.01 (viii) of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) Corporate Governance Guideline, 2021.
The notice reads further “We confirm that, aside from the change stated above, there has been no other alteration in the Company’s structure or operations.”
