A Zimbabwean Prophet named T Mapisarema, has claimed to have brought a woman back to life three days after her death.

Mapisarema, born Tichaona Garavada, disclosed that the alleged resurrection occurred at a funeral in Harare, leaving mourners stunned.

Prophet Mapisarema speaking to H-Metro, described the moment he arrived at a home where mourners had gathered around the body of a woman believed to have died three days earlier.

“I did not come with my own power. It was God working through me. When I entered, people were already crying at the funeral. But I prayed, and the woman who had been dead for three days rose up,” he said.

He added that the woman not only regained consciousness but stood up and walked, prompting shock that quickly turned into celebration as family members embraced her.

Eyewitnesses also shared their accounts of what they described as a miracle.

“We had lost hope but when Prophet T Mapisarema prayed, it was as if life returned to her body. We saw a miracle with our own eyes,” said one relative.

The self-styled prophet, who leads a ministry in Domboshava known as “KwaTicha,” says the incident is not his first encounter with what he terms divine miracles.

“I have seen people come to me incapacitated to the last level. Some were almost dead but, after prayer, they walked. The blind have had their eyes opened. I am not saying these things for my own glory. The glory must go to God,” he added.

However, the prophet said his claims have not always been welcomed. He recalled being accused of using dark powers.

“Even when I was growing up, some called me a Satanist. Because when I would step into a witch’s house or the house of someone who practiced witchcraft, they would fall or die. I still have that power. But it is not from darkness, it is the power of God,” he said.

Mapisarema also described how his spiritual calling began with a dream in which he was handed a key marked “Psalms,” accompanied by a voice that told him he would receive songs imbued with prophetic and healing power.

“I dreamt I was given a key written ‘Psalms.’ A voice told me I would sing songs and, through those songs, healing and prophecy would come. I do not write these songs, they come to me in dreams. We sing, people are healed, and prophecy flows,” he explained.
