IEI-Anchor Managers Unveils ‘Commitment To Excellence’ As New Theme Focus For 2021

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–Poised to continuously improve its services to stakeholders, IEI-Anchor Managers Limited has said that “COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE” is it’s 2021 theme.

Glory Etaduovie, managing director/CEO of IEI Anchor Pension Managers Limited, disclosed this during the company’s 9th Annual general meeting held virtually in Abuja, that the theme for 2021 is driven by precision, planning and good vision.

He said year 2020 had as its theme PEOPLE, PURPOSE AND PASSION, this he said was chosen to direct our energies in recognizing and harnessing the potentials of our teams and loyal staff over the past few years.

He noted that staff and nanagement are committed to this. “While this philosophy is not new in the our system, we have reinforced its values. This will reverberate through all the departments until the Customer feels it and gives testimonies that it shall be rest.”

He however assured stakeholders that they will continue to strive to get the best results for the company. “Our shareholders and all other stakeholders. We also will continue to ensure the growth and development of the company for both short and long-term objectives, as we drive the company’s vision of a global Institution for global standards.”

On ICT/Customer Services he said
“information Technology has remained a strategic growth partner. ICT remains at the heart of most changes the industry is going through. Competition for efficiency and effectiveness in the face of competition cannot be overemphasized.

He noted that there is an ever-greater need for continuous investment to renew licenses, develop the internal infrastructure, purchase software, capacity development, and security against malware, cybercrime, and staffing quality. This is now an expensive part of all businesses.

On risk management/compliance and Corporate Governance, he said “Our board and management are very well aware of these. They are fully updated in regulatory compliance needs and learning to prevent and minimize the potential dangers for safety and compliance.”
