BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–/International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI), has announced the appointment of Mr Ebunolu Ayeni as acting managing director pending the approval of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
This is coming on the heels of the resignation of its Managing Director/CEO, Mr Peter Irene with effect for December 20, 2020.
This is contained in a notice to the Nigerian stock Exchange that the that Ayeni is a graduate of Insurance from University of Lagos with Master Degree in Marketing and Management from Ladoke Akintola University and Enugu State University respectively.
He is a fellow of the Insurance Institute of Nigeria with over three decades of cognitive experience. He is also a member of Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers and the Institute Of Loans and Risk Management, Nigeria.
