President Muhammadu Buhari on has arrived in Taraba state for an on the spot assessment of the recent attacks.
Following his trip, he is expected to travel to Ghana to mark the country’s Independence Anniversary celebrations after which he will also visit Benue, Yobe, Zamfara and Rivers states.
The visit comes on the heels of recent terrorist attacks, criminal activities as well as the abduction of over 100 school girls from Dapchi, Yobe state.
