Klappa resigns as Addax Petroleum takes over

Addax Petroleum Development Nigeria Ltd, a Chinese-owned oil firm has announced the resignation of its Senior Vice President/ Managing Director, Mr Colin Klappa.
A statement by Mrs Dorothy Atake, the General Manger, External and Government Affairs of the compay said that Mr Yonghong Chen, the current Deputy Managing Director Operations would take over as the acting managing director with effect from Monday, June 18.

She said that Chen would succeed Klappa who had decided to leave the company on Sept. 30 to pursue other interests.
