BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR—The National Insurance Commission, (NAICOM), has approved the appointment of Mr. Anthony Kanayo Katchy and Mr.Suaye Inikio Banigo as Non-Executive Directors of Linkage Assurance Plc, effective 20th January 2026.
This is contained in a notice signed by Moses Omorogbe, Company Secretary, to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and investing public posted via the Exchange official website.
The notice added that Anthony Katchy holds a BSc. Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Benin.
He is a registered stockbroker and the CEO of Tokacy Investment Services Ltd. He has over thirty years of experience as a stockbroker and financial advisor.
While Suaye Banigo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Japanese from Vassar College, New York. He also holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain.
He has over fifteen years of experience leading digital transformation innovation for high-growth organizations. He is currently a principal consultant at Karma Advisory inNew York.
They are bringing their wealth of experience to the Company’s Board and Management of the company.
