27th Annual General Meeting of Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) Plc (SDCSCSPLC) was held on Tuesday the 18th of May 2021,10am at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
Seven Ordinary and a Special Business Matters were transacted amongst which was the approval of a dividend of N1.17k for every ordinary share held to shareholders whose name are registered in the register of members at the close of business on the 10th day of May 2021.
Shareholders were represented by the proxies following the restriction on public gathering to ensure public health and safety.
