Police Arrest Two Vandals, Raid Black Spot In Lagos, Arrest 46 Suspects

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR— Police officers of Isolo division has arrested group of Vandals after receiving information from residents.

The group of vandals who were in the habit of removing electrical fittings from buildings under renovation and recovered from them wires and tools used to carry out their activities.

The command disclosed this via it’s official  X handle @LagosPoliceNG formerly called twitter the suspects, Amisu Ahmed ‘m’ aged 27 and Abdulahi Ubalawa ‘m’ aged 26 will be arraigned after investigation.

In continuation of the drive to reduce crime in Lagos metropolis through sustained monitoring of black spots, RRS operatives has arrested 28 suspects.

  Some of the notorious areas where the suspects were arrested include Ketu, Mile 12 Underbridge, OldToll Gate and Motorways. 

The 28 suspects are to be charged to court in line with the directive of the Commissioner of Police, CP Adegoke Fayoade.

The 28 suspects were those screened from 46 others earlier arrested during an overnight operation. 18 of the suspects were released after thorough screening.
