Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) arrested a man last Wednesday for vandalizing one of the electronic road signs installed on Five Star Bridge, Oshodi, to caution road users to slow down.
The arrest is coming a few weeks after the Commander Rapid Response Squad (RRS), CSP Shola Jejeloye deployed patrol team to the area to stem traffic robbery and protect public infrastructure in the area. Recovered from the suspect were battery cables and pliers.
The suspect has been charged to court and sentenced to one and a half years.
