BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–Nigeria insurer, Prestige Assurance Plc, said it has reported a growth in profit of 50.45% for the period ended 31st December 2020.
The lead insurer, also noted that profit for the period appreciated to N649.664 million from N431.828 million in 2019.
According to unaudited financial statements for the period ended 31st December 2020 released on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), that its gross premium written rose to N7.031 billion from N5.926 billion in 2019; representing a growth of 18.64% .
