BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR-Nigeria’s lead insurer, Royal Exchange Plc, has announced to shareholders and investing public of its plans to hold its virtual meeting of its board via Zoom platform on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 by 10am.
The insurer disclosed this in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and signed by Sheila Ezeuko, Company Secretary that at the meeting the board will receive and consider the unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2020.
It added that the commencement of a closed period is from October 5, 2020 until 24 hours after the release of the financial statements to the NSE and the general public.
