Despite family and marital troubles facing her, famous Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, on Thursday celebrated the reunion of her estranged parents, describing it as a long-awaited moment of peace in her family.
Daniels, who expressed this on her Facebook post on Thursday, said her parents, once sworn enemies, had finally reconciled solely for her happiness.
“Two concluded sworn enemies reuniting with no negative ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness. And I dare question God for putting me in this situation?” she wrote, just as she also that that her parents are currently in Abuja, working together to secure the release of her brother, Sammy, who has allegedly been in detention.
“Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long but we will get him out even if I have to march there myself and create a storm! Since they want me!” she added.
The actress also showed tributes her parents, describing her father as “one of the biggest lawyers back in the day” and her mother, actress Rita Daniels, as “a powerhouse” who would do anything for her children.
“My father is a lawyer. Actually one of the biggest back in the day but Nigeria happened. I’ll tell you more about my father later and my mother? She’s a powerhouse! They would do anything for their children. I love you, mom and dad! This is all I actually ever wanted,” the actress wrote.
