Risk, Audit & Compliance Committee, NIA Pays Courtesy Visit to Rex Insurance, Seeks Support For 2025 Annual Retreat

The Executive Committee of the Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee (RAAC) of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA) paid a courtesy visit to the Management of Rex Insurance Limited on Tuesday, 13 May 2025 in furtherance of their objective of reaching out to member companies in the insurance industry.

Led by the Chairman, Mr. Olugbenga Akinlalu, the RAAC Executive came to seek support from Rex Insurance Limited towards the successful hosting of their 2025 Annual Retreat which is coming up from August 14-16, 2025 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

At the event, the Chief Digital Information Officer of Rex Insurance, Mr. Adeyinka Aderombi will be a lead discussant focussing on “Available Tools and Roadmap” during a plenary session focusing on “Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation: Vital Tools for Growing Insurance Penetration in Nigeria”.

The NIA RAAC Committee was received by the Executive Director, Technical, Mrs. Adesola Akintayo, alongside the Head, Human Capital, Mr. Tudor Osademe; Head Claims, Mr. Adeseye Ajibulu and the CDIO, Mr. Adeyinka Aderombi. Others present include Head, Underwriting, Mr. Kazeem Sulaimon; Head, Brands, Mr. Emmanuel Ndoh and Head, Corporate Communications, Mr. Wilson Okoh-Esene.

Members of the RAAC Executive Committee present include Mr. Julius Elusakin; Mr. Saheed Abiola; Mrs. Modupe Akinwande; Mr. Christopher Anyasi & Mrs. Bose Agbogun
