Royal Exchange Target GWP Growth Of N12.716b For Q2 2021

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR-–Royal Exchange Plc one of the oldest insurance companies in the country, has projected profit after tax of N570.917 million.

The company disclosed this when it released its earnings forecast for the second quarter (Q2) ending 30 Jun 2021 to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) .

According to the earnings forecast signed gross written premium was projected to stand at of N12.716 billion

The projection, according to the company was made with assumptions that the Inflation rate at 14% as the worst case scenario; and exchange rate of N400 to a dollar.
