Seinde Fadeni Resigns From Board of Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc

BY NECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR —Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc has announced the resignation of Dr. Seinde Fadeni from its Board of Directors, where he served as a Non-Executive Director. His resignation took effect on October 28, 2025.

The company disclosed this in a notice submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and circulated to shareholders and the investing public.

Dr. Fadeni joined the board on December 4, 2024, and during his tenure, he served on key committees including the Board Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Board Governance, Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

A seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience across the Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Maritime sectors, Dr. Fadeni currently chairs the Board of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO). He is also the founder of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a successful indigenous energy company with both national and international footprints.

Renowned for his strategic leadership and ability to identify and address emerging business needs, Dr. Fadeni has earned seats on the boards of several notable organisations, including MCI FZE Yard Development Limited, Badagry Ship-repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium (BSMEC), and Elect & Chosen Limited.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Lagos and has completed several executive education programmes, including the prestigious Owners/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard University.

In addition, Dr. Fadeni is an associate member of several professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Nigerian Institute of Credit Management, and the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
