UBA Announce 3.22million Shares Purchase By Deputy MD

United Bank for Africa Plc, has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and dealing Members of insiders dealing involving the Deputy Managing Director, Ayoku Liadi who purchased 3,220,000 shares of the company at N8.50 which amounted to N27.37 million.

The notice at the Nigerian Stock Exchange confirmed that the transaction took place on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.
