Unitrust Insurance Grows Revenue By 78% To N8.2bn, Settles N2.6bn Claims

Unitrust Insurance Limited has released its half-year 2024 performance with 78% increase in revenue at the end of the period.

The company’s revenue grew to N8,206billion in 2024 when compared with N4,617 billion reported in 2023.

According to statement released by the company, a total of N2,463 billion was paid as claims to policyholders within the period as against N685 million paid in same period of 2023.

The insurer noted that the growth reflects its successful execution of its strategic initiatives, excellent service delivery, robust underwriting practices, and a diversified portfolio.

“This milestone highlights unitrust dedication to providing timely and fair compensation to policyholders in their times of need.”

Speaking on its performance, the Managing Director/ CEO, Adedayo Arowojolu, said “We are incredibly proud of our performance in HY 2024 and the record number of claims we have paid out to our policyholders. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We remain committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers, ensuring their peace of mind in times of need..”
