BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has approved the appointment of Mrs Valentina Marinho as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Linkage Assurance, BusinessToday Online has learnt.
According to notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange that “Mrs Marinho is a graduate of Accounting and a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience.
“She has held senior-level managerial positions in reputable companies.
“She is expected to bring her wealth of experience to the board and management of the company.”
