Africa Re regional director of North East Africa Omar Gouda has announced his retirement after 17 years serving the group. Mr Gouda was also the managing director of Africa Retakaful.
Announcing his retirement on LinkedIn, Mr Gouda thanked the management of Africa Re Group and his colleagues for their support throughout his career with the group.
Mr Gouda has had an illustrious career in the insurance sector having spent almost 40 years in various roles with organisations such as Egyptian Insurance Supervisory Authority, National Insurance Company of Egypt, Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance and Egyptian Saudi Insurance.
