BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR—Mariano Caballero, a Non-Executive Director, with AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, has resigned his appointment from the company after two years of holding the position.
His resignation takes effect from 30th July 2025.
He served as the Chairman of the Board Investment & Finance Committee and was a member of the Board Audit & Compliance Committee.
The Company applauded him for his positive contribution and service to the growth of the Company during his tenure on the Board.
