BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR— AXA Mansard Insurance PLC has released its Q4 2022 Unaudited results for the period ended December 31st, 2022 with 37. 22 % drop in profit.
According to notice released to shareholders and the investing public, it’s profit for the year dropped from N3.56billion in same period to N2.24billion at the end of Q4, 2022.
Profit before tax also came down to N3.63billion as against N5.62 billion reported in same period of 2021; declining by 35.50%.
Annuity reserves declined by 83.6 percent to N147.6 million.
However Gross Written Premium grew by 14.59% from N60.2billion to N68.98billion, this the company said is due to improvement in income from AXA Mansard Health HMO.
