BREAKING: APC National Chairman, Ganduje Resigns

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has resigned from his position.

Ganduje, a former Governor of Kano State, cited health reasons for his decision, stating that he needs to focus on his well-being.

A former media aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad who announced on his X handle on Friday, 27 June 2025, said Ganduje’s resignation is with immediate effect

“The National Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress(APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has resigned from his position, effective immediately, as confirmed by multiple sources,” Ahmad wrote.
