Consolidated Hallmark Improves Profit By 68.86% Q2 2021

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, has announced a profit after taxation growth of N145.029 million for the period ended 30 June 2021.

The company disclosed this when it released
its  interim financial statement for the period ended 30 June 2021.

According to the insurer, PAT grew  from N85.887 million in Q2 2020 to N145.029 million in 2021 representing 68.86% growth.

Gross premium written as well increased  to N6.085 billion in H1 2021 from N5.335 billion in 2020 while the figure for the Q2 rose to N2.565 billion from N2.221 billion in Q2 2020.

Profit after taxation was not left out as it rose  to N436.480 million from N295.397 million in H1 2020.
