There are fears that the House of Representatives correspondent of Daily Trust Newspaper, Mr. Musa Abdullahi Krishi, who was abducted at the National Assembly complex on Tuesday by armed policemen, is being transported to Jigawa state at the order of the governor, Muhammad Badaru.
Mr. Krishi was handed over to armed policemen by the national assembly divisional crime officer (DCO), Dele Olaoye.

The operatives whisked the reporter into an unmarked Toyota Hilux SUV and sped off.
The whereabout of Mr. Krishi is still unknown and there are fears that he may be in danger.
Efforts to reach him have proved abortive as all his phone lines are switched off.
The Police authority, who has been on the trail of Mr. Krishi, has failed to inform Daily Trust on why the fearless journalist was abducted by armed policemen.
Krishi’s arrest comes a week after Tony Ezimakor, Abuja bureau chief of Daily Independent Newspaper, was released after being detained at the Department of State Services (DSS) headquarters for over five days, over a story he published. Mr. Ezimakor was asked to disclose his source of information as part of the conditions for his release.
