Just In: Tension In Plateau After Gunmen Abduct Lawmaker

Tension has gripped Plateau State after gunmen have reportedly abducted Wikkie Idakwo, a member of the Plateau State House of Assembly representing Pankshin South Constituency.
It was gathered that the lawmaker was abducted from his home at Dong area of Jos North LGA on Sunday night
The incident adds to the rising wave of insecurity in Plateau, where communities have been battling frequent cases of banditry, kidnappings, and communal clashes.
