Linkage Assurance Eyes N700.8m Profit For Q3 2021

BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR--Nigeria’s lead insurer, Linkage Assurance Plc, said is expecting to grow it’s profit to N700.838 million for the third quarter period ending 30 September 2021.

It also projected cash/bank balance at end of the quarter to appreciate to N3.634 billion from N3.593 billion in Q1, 2021.

Gross premium written is projected to stand at N2.070 billion.

The company sometime ago announced a profit after tax growth of N2.4 billion in it’s audited 2020 financial  results which grew from N1.5 billion in 2019, representing 65% growth.

The insurer’s gross premium written went up from N6.5 billion in 2019
to N8.3 billion, showing a growth of 28% .
