BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–Linkage Assurance Plc, has announced the appointment of Mr Pius Otia as the non executive director.
This is contained in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange signed by Moses Omoroge said the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) had approved the appointment which was communicated on 8th December 2021.
The notice added that “Mr Pius Otia is a seasoned public servant and businessman. He is the Managing Director, Prime Project Monttezzessori Model School Ltd, Yenagoa. He is a former member of Bayelsa State House of Assembly.
“Mr Otia holds BSc Political and Admin Studies and MBA (Accounting) both of the University of Port Harcourt.”
