The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), the apex regulator of Nigeria’s telecom sector, has applauded Globacom for surpassing its 90% and 97% targets for resolving Level 2 (L2) customer complaints, praising the operator’s exceptional record in handling and settling subscriber grievances

This is contained in a statement signed by Kabiru S. Haruna, Principal Manager for Consumer Protection and Advocacy at the Consumer Affairs Bureau (CAB), the regulator voiced its approval of how the company managed and closed out subscriber complaints during August 2026.

The statement  reads “We are delighted to observe that your organisation met and exceeded the Commission’s benchmarks of 90% and 97% for Level 2 (L2) complaints. This achievement demonstrates your dedication to regulatory adherence, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancement of service delivery.”

The regulator also underscored how structured grievance handling and strict observance of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) it has set can build trust among subscribers and promote better experiences across the sector.

The commission encouraged Globacom to maintain its praiseworthy standard and keep rolling out initiatives that raise service quality, speed up the settlement of complaints and boost subscriber contentment.

M credited its stronger customer care results to regular upskilling of its frontline staff, combined with deliberate spending on up-to-date technology that sharpens efficiency and responsiveness.

“Our guiding principle, Never Settle for Less, captures our resolve to keep lifting standards in every facet of what we offer. We will keep working to provide experiences that live up to the trust our subscribers have placed in Globacom.”
