BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR–The Nigerian Insurance market will host the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Education Conference of the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA), the three day event is billed for May 7– 9, 2023.
The Chairman of Nigerian Insurers Association, NIA, Segun Omoshein disclosed this during a media parley with Nigeria Association of Insurance and Pension Editors ( NAIPE), in Lagos.
Over 140 delegates from five anglophone countries in West Africa are expected to attend this year’s Annual Educational Conference of the West African Insurance Companies Association (WAICA).
The Annual General Meeting and Annual Educational Conference of WAICA has been held several times in Nigeria.
WAICA is the Sub-Regional Association of Insurance Companies and Brokers in the West African Sub-region.
The Association provides a platform for sharing business information and cross-fertilization of ideas.
It also provides the platform for knowledge sharing and amongst members networking
