NSIA Insurance gets ISO certification

PRESS RELEASE—--NSIA Insurance Limited said it has received the ISO 9001:2015 Certification from the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), the representative of the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) in Nigeria.
The Company achieved this certification due to its successful implementation of the quality management system and priority for customer satisfaction. This has ensured that all processes within the organization are standardized to meet best practices. The certification aligns with NSIA’s drive for excellence.
NSIA Insurance thrives on its quest for continuous improvement and this is also the bane of the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
To this end, the Company will uphold compliance to the standard and quality of service across all of its branches to provide clients with excellent service delivery.
