BY NKECHI NAECHE-ESEZOBOR—Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc, has announced the retirement of Ms. Emi Faloughi, a Non-Executive Director and Mrs. Ugochi Odemelam, Executive Director from the board of the company.
The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Emmanuel Anikibe, as Executive Director from the company.
The insurer disclosed this in a notice to the NGX, its shareholders and the investing public of the recent changes in the composition of its Board of Directors after its 137th Meeting which held on Wednesday the 19th day of November, 2025.
The Board further thanked the three directors for their immense contribution to the Company and wish them well in their future endeavors.
