This is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), esteemed shareholders and other stakeholders that Union Bank of Nigeria PIC will release its 2017 Audited Financial Statements later than the 31st March, 2018 as required by NSE rules, due to the ongoing finalization of the Bank’s audited accounts with regulators and our external auditors.

It is anticipated that this process will be concluded before 3oth April, 2018. To comply with the NSE and other regulatory rules guiding release of annual audited accounts, we have therefore sought the approval of all relevant regulatory bodies for a delayed release.
