BY NKECHI NAECHE-—UnityKapital Assurance Plc on Friday announced it has change its name to Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc.
This is contained in a noticed signed by the Managing Director/ CEO Mr. Polycap Didam that following the concluded divestment of Unity Bank Plc’s holdings in UnityKapital Assurance Plc and the Resolution passed by members of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on 14th September, 2017, the company hereby notifies the public of its change of name from UnityKapital Assurance Plc to Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc.
He added that its Registered Address of the Company remains at Plot 497, Abogo Largema Street, CBD, Abuja.
While noting that all documents of the Company bearing its name remain valid.
He urged its esteemed customers’ nationwide, concerned authorities and the general public should please update their records accordingly and address all future business correspondence to Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc.
