President Bola Tinubu has showered praises on the civil servants, saying that are not just the backbone of an effective administration across borders but are the essence of governance.
President Tinubu stated this at the inaugural International Civil Service Conference, hosted by his government in collaboration with the Global Government Forum UK
The International Civil Service Conference is part of the 2025 Civil Service Week, organised by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation.
The President, who described civil servants as the vehicle through which the government delivers public goods, said “You Are great.Your vision aligns with our renewed hope agenda, a cooperative roadmap for building a secure, inclusive and prosperous Nigeria,”
The President promised to ensure a public service that works efficiently and effectively for every Nigerian.
“A revitalized civil service is not a supporting action, but the central platform for delivering national transformation and renewed hope agenda,” Tinubu said, just as he also added that the civil service is an indispensable organ of governance,
